With 30+ years in financial services, Gerry leads Unio, driving innovation in pensions and benefits. A former Invesco and Mercer leader, he's a Chartered Fellow and pursuing an Executive MBA at Trinity.

Miriam has 25+ years in financial services, specializing in corporate pension consultancy. Head of Member Engagement and Deputy Head of Unio’s Cork Office, advising on pension schemes and employee benefits.

Brian was a pension Manager for Scottish Provident Insurance before joining Unio. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the legislative, financial and commercial background of occupational pension schemes.

Naomi is a qualified actuary with over 20 years’ experience in the pensions industry. Known for her collaborative, partner-led approach, she combines deep technical expertise with practical insights.

Declan, an actuary since 1996, qualified in 2001. He joined Unio in 2007, advising pension plans from €5m to €500m. He is Board member, Head of DB Solutions, and Council member.

With 25+ years in Corporate Employee Benefits, Brian partners with organisations to create tailored solutions that attract and retain talent, strengthen engagement, and support strategic HR goals.

Muredach, with 25+ years in corporate pensions, advises companies, trustees, and members on employee benefits. He oversees all aspects of Unio's Full Service DC Solutions.

Bronagh, part of the investment team, is Unio’s DB Business Leader, overseeing administration services for DB clients. She is also a member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.

Experienced Manager dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for Pension Scheme members, beneficiaries, and Trustees. Outside work, enjoys family time, travel, St. Patrick's Athletic, New York Jets, and golf.

A highly experienced, adaptable and solutions focused HR Business Partner.

Aidan, with 30+ years of experience, is Client Director at Unio Master Trust, providing consultancy to employers and members. He also acts as secretary to the trustee company, overseeing IORP II and DORA.

Aidan, an experienced actuary, builds lasting client relationships, advising employees and members. Outside work, he enjoys golf, sports, and spending time with his family.

Claire, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, has extensive audit experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She joined Unio in 2009 and now manages the Pension Fund Accounts and Statistical Reporting teams.

Tom is an experienced Risk and Actuarial professional with a passion for delivering client specific solutions in an ever increasing regulatory landscape.
