The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 was signed into Irish Law on 13th July 2021. This legislation requires employers to calculate and publish on an annual basis. The information we are publishing on this webpage complies with what is required under Irish reporting requirements. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a critical part of Unio's strategy and who we are as an organisation. We have included in this report details on Men and Women as required under the legislation. We fully recognise that our people may identify differently. 2024 is the first year Unio conducted the report.
